My Car

This page is dedicated to the love of my life....... MY CAR ;) (yeah, yeah I know that sounds really sad... gimme a break it's all I got at the moment).

It's a 1977 Holden LX Torana.
The car itself started out life as an LX Sunbird, a 4 cylinder Torana, but someone had the sense to drop a bigger donk in the engine bay. Now it has a red 202, which is basically left stock at the moment, the only change to the engine being larger exhaust valves to try and prevent hotspots from developing in the cylinder head. Bolt on stuff includes extractors, and a 350 holley carburettor.

I'm thinking about saving up and getting a V8 for it... but gimme a break I'm a student!! We're all meant to drive around Mini's, VW Beetles or clapped out Datsons. At least I'm trying!!!
